Customer service is very important to us. With us you can expect the highest quality of products and service. Various aspects of our services have been detailed for your perusal below:

Shipping & Delivery

All orders placed on this web site are subject to product availability. Available items usually ship within 48 hours to 72 hours of receipt of the order, Monday through Friday, excluding Studywings holidays and National holidays. 

New customer orders are shipped via Domestic courier service DTDC or through Speed post service from Indian post. Orders usually arrive within 10 days of shipment. Existing customer orders are shipped via the default carrier agreed upon by the buyer and Studywings. If you have a shipping account number that you would like to use, please contact us by telephone at (91) 8067710719 or (91) 9741081052. 

If your order must be shipped either in multiple boxes or in separate shipments, shipping and handling charges for the entire order will be assessed at the point the first item is shipped. We charge only once for shipping and handling for the entire order.

Returns & Replacements

Printed items (e.g., guides) may be returned within 30 days of the date your order is shipped, unless other terms have been agreed upon by the buyer and Studywings. The refund will be issued once Studywings confirms that the returned item is in the same condition that it was in when you received it. The item will then be processed through our return system.

All return and exchange orders must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number. This number may be obtained from your Sales Representative, when applicable, or by calling our Customer Service department at (91) 8067710719 or (91) 9741081052. 

For orders paid by credit card, a credit will be issued to the original credit card used for the payment. For orders paid in a method other than credit card, a credit will be applied to your account. Upon your request, a refund check will be issued 90 days after the return has been processed through our system.


You can place an order either by logging into a registered account or as a guest user. Select the product and add to the cart. Proceed to checkout and review pricing,payment as well as shipment details and then proceed to the payment. After successful payment you will get the shipment details via mail added on your registered account. 

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

The web site unit price is each item’s list price. For customers who have logged in using their account name and password, the unit price displayed on the web site is their unit price (list price minus any discounts or promotions that are applicable, excluding volume discounts). Volume discounts, if applicable, are calculated at the time of checkout. 

The buyer agrees to pay the price displayed in conjunction with shipping and handling charges at the time of purchase. 

We do not charge your credit card until after your order has been processed for shipping.

In the unlikely event that an item in our web site catalog is mispriced, and the correct price is actually higher than the web site’s misstated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Viewing Orders

You may view the shopping cart to edit the quantity,delete a product and enter coupons to avail a discount. After reviewing, you can proceed to checkout and then to payments.

Updating Account Information

You are responsible for all usage or activity on your account, including use of the account by any third party authorized by you. You agree to immediately notify Studywings of any unauthorized use of your account and/or any other breach of security of which you are aware.

Studywings, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove and/or edit content, and/or cancel orders.
